For our office in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for motivated, talented individuals who would like to join our team as a Senior Consultant Change and Communication Management (f/m/d)
About You
- You have a university degree in the field of business informatics, computer science or in the field of communication sciences with an affinity for IT
- You have professional experience in the areas of IT implementation and IT process optimization
- You have solid experience in project management and change management
- You have solid experience in communication with various stakeholders
- You are a team player, have strong communication skills and conceptual thinking comes easily to you
- You are willing to travel (after the Corona pandemic)
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
Your Mission
In our team you will work on exciting mobility and IT implementation projects, and you will be entrusted with the following tasks:
- Design and further development of training and communication measures
- Ensuring the ability to integrate into an existing process and infrastructure landscape, including compliance with relevant guidelines and processes
- Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators, as well as conception and implementation of suitable measures for their measurement and control of project progress
- Optimization of the rollout according to lean principles through detailed work preparation and coordination in the process flow
- Execution of resource planning and coordination
- Ensuring and monitoring cost, schedule and quality targets according to internal and external customer-specific requirements
- Accompanying communication activities during roll-out and implementation
- Conduct presentations of project status and project issues in steering groups, including all management level
- Creation and implementation of a change and communication concept for implementation support

As a Senior Consultant Change and Communication Management (f/m/d) you will contribute to the success of key players in the travel, transport and logistics industry by maximizing efficiency, evaluating data, optimizing processes and implementing new solutions. You will drive our clients’ transformation and digitalization. In our dynamic team you will be responsible for different project work packages that include leading of workshops, developing concepts and strategies, and to execute these with our clients on site.
